Areas of Expertise Demonstrated within JUST LIFE, INC.
o Providing behavioral supports and clinical program services for children, adolescents and adults experiencing developmental disabilities and/or related problems, including dual diagnosis
o Providing wrap-around services through direct training and consultation with individuals, families, and service providers in the areas of positive approaches, behavior management, and crises intervention; includes behavior specialists, therapeutic support staff and mobile therapy
o Training for agencies in areas such as Positive Approaches, Applied Behavior Analysis, Person Centered Approaches, Sensitivity Awareness, Program Planning and Functional Program Development
o Development, including start-up, and operation of alternative educational and residential services programs serving persons with behavioral challenges, dual diagnosis and related problems.
o Providing planning processes and supports to augment local educational services
o Developing alternatives that assist persons with major transitions from one environment to another
o Consult with other professionals as part of a team effort to develop solutions and plans for individuals in crises who may need behavioral program planning and specialized alternative supports and services
o Establishing program plans and augmenting services for individuals in crises who may need short term residential/respite alternatives
o Collecting data, prevention and intervention programs, as well as person centered planning processes and advocacy training
o Conducting planning and needs assessment of state-run and local agencies in relation to service delivery
JUST LIFE, INC. has been established to offer the educational, mental health, and developmental and intellectual disabilities community quality leadership in the areas of innovative and functional positive behavior supports and clinical services for individuals with behavioral and other challenges. Our pursuit of new and creative solutions to existing problems in serving this population will allow us to demonstrate functional alternatives to traditional programs and service models in the MH and OIDD fields.
